About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join HFD as part of the Buying Team based at Coleshill Depot.

The purpose of this role is to assist the buying team with the management of goods in, ensuring all deliveries are booked in & slotted correctly. You will be responsible for sampling & their allocations to the sales teams. Within this role you will speak directly with our suppliers for stock/delivery chases & updating our bespoke system accordingly.

Key areas of responsibility will include,

  • Schedule and Management of goods in
  • Sampling allocation to ASM’s
  • Pre-sold orders
  • Supplier stock chases
  • Invoice Queries
  • Stock Queries

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of excel and word advantageous but not essential
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Efficient & Organised
  • Able to Prioritise workload
  • Computer Literate
